Are you using Blackmagic 9.2 drivers? I know there are others using both Quad and Duo so I'd assume the Studio would work as well. As a test make sure there's only the camera attached to the Studio (and nothing to the Quad). Set camera and all other settings to 60i and reboot. It that doesn't help: It might be a bother but if you completely remove the Quad card (pull from the system) and reboot with camera attached to the Studio (so it's sensed immediately) see if Wirecast sees the video.
